I began drinking Zija in November of 2009 on the recommendations of Bobby and Anelle Melloan. After drinking Zija for one month, the pain in my hands, back and legs disappeared. Six weeks later, I noticed my blood sugar had dropped and was staying between 95-120. Before I began drinking Zija it tested anywhere from 180-190. The only thing that had changed in my diet was the Zija. I decided to do my own experiment. I thought maybe I just wanted it to work well for me, so, I went off of Zija for one month. Stomach Issues and Allergies
For as long as I can remember I have had abdominal pain that no one could ever figure out. After many visits to many different doctors I was diagnosed with crohns disease in 2001. For those of you who don’t know what it is, it’s an inflammatory bowel disease and an auto immune disorder which means your immune system turns on itself and attacks different organs or systems in your own body. Mine just happen to be in my intestines. Since that time I have been put on 11 different medications with an unknown amount of horrible side effects, and have been through so many tests I have lost count and those tests have their own set of side effects. I have never had any long term relief of my symptoms, and in 2004 I was getting worse. I went in for a laproscopically, which means they go in a small hole in your abdomen just to look around. However, when my surgeon took the first look he had to open my abdomen up. The ulcerations were too large and I had what are called fisulas coming from my small intestine tunneling to other organs/areas. They had to remove 12 inches of my colon and my appendix. During recovery my liver went into failure, and no one could figure out what was wrong with it including the clinic where my liver was sent. My skin and eyes were turning yellow and my skin was also itching very badly. I ended up finding out that I had another auto immune disorder of the liver where my bile ducts harden and scar down and this causes the bile that is supposed to go through my liver to back up into my system/skin. This is secondary to my crohns disease so if it’s treated appropriately then my liver disease will also be treated. However, we still hadn’t found anything to treat my crohns disease sufficiently. Over the years I have come to my wits end. I was heading for another surgery and the symptoms were getting worse. My marriage was affected as well as my children and their needs and because my immune system was so compromised my health was continuing to decline with a number of different diagnosis such as high blood pressure, high cholesterol/triglycerides, chronic nausea, kidney stones, acid reflux with ulcerations in my esophagus, insomnia and I could go on and on. On October 12th, 2009 Brian Wentz and Jason Keltner told me about Zija. I started drinking the cans, one in the morning and one in the afternoon. I was also taking one XM3 capsule a day. I have not had any symptoms, not one, since October 14th, 2009. I have been able to discontinue several of my medications, I no longer have to take vitamins or anything for my allergies, insomnia, acid reflux, nausea and I am working on going off the others. Zija has improved my quality of life, my family, and my marriage. It was like I was awake for the first time since I could remember. No more pain, no more itching, and no more fatigue. I am a 45 year old mom of three. A son 22, a son 14 and a daughter 9. I have M.S. and several other health problems. I have been on a number of medications to try to help the conditions. I was very active as a child. I cheered and did gymnastics all through school and continued to be active after marriage. About a year after I had my first child I began having a few health problems. As time went on in my early 30's I noticed I did not have as much strength in my hands and some other small things. I had my third child at the age of 37. I remember the way his voice sounded when he told me the results. " The radiologist said it looks like M.S. You already have 15 to 20 scars on your brain and some are in the cerebellum." So I had my cry and went on. I still had mom to take care of. I seen a neurologist and treatment begins. Mom passed away the following April 2006. I had gotten to a point I felt like I had no strength left for anything. I would take my kids to school, get back home and sleep most of the day. I sometimes would have to pull off the road coming back home from taking them to school because I could not stay awake. The doctor put me on a strong prescription, considered a controlled substance, to keep me awake. It worked and the side effects were terrible. I have always prayed that there would be something out there that could help me and believe me I have tried everything. My sister-n-law ( Teresa Thompson ) introduced me to Zija. I went to a meeting with her and heard one of my friends (Pat Luttrell) give her testimony. That was it because I knew how sick she had been a few years ago. I knew what she was saying was true. I first heard about Zija when I served Chris and Jon Charles. I am a waitress, and hearing about different networking and/or weight loss opportunities were an everyday event. I have found myself repeatedly being fooled by different weight management systems. And as I was at one time reaching almost 300 pounds, losing weight is something I take very seriously. No matter how hard they tried, I continued to ignore their conversations about Zija and how much it would help me. I insisted on sticking to infamous Atkins Diet, which had worked before. However, I kept from them the fact that my doctor had told me I was no longer allowed to stay on the diet because my kidneys were starting to fail. To stand my ground against this "miracle product", I insisted Atkins was the only way to go.
Finally after almost a month of ignoring them and only trying one sample of the product, I decided I would try it again. I have been an athlete my whole life; I played every sport imaginable growing up, I was a dual sport athlete in college (golf and basketball), and have been Campbellsville University’s women’s golf and swim coach for the past four years. Needless to say, physical fitness and health are very important to me! Five years ago I married my high school sweetheart (Jared Hines) and in the past two years we have been blessed with two beautiful baby boys (Griffin 2 yrs., Brody 10 months). On June 4 2010, Terry Birdsong invited my wife and I to a meeting. He wanted to share information with us about a product he was taking that was making him feel better.
I went in his office, had a seat on a very comfortable couch. About to doze off, I was tossed a can of the smart drink, then a can of XM3 energy drink. By the end of the meeting, I was alert and feeling good.
My wife and I decided to sign up and try Zija. We also put our son on it. On June 5th I was 236 lbs, wore a XXL shirt and a 42-inch pant. I was taking blood pressure and cholesterol medicines, suffered from headaches, arthritis, and numbness in my face.
